Total Quality Leadership Skills is a program designed to give participants the fundamental skills to identify the critical elements of creating a motivating work environment, to establish an inspiring climate in order to maximize productivity.
Total Quality Leadership Skills enables leaders to analyze their own expectations and assumptions about people. Participants will be exposed to Participatory Management where they learn to select a leadership pattern appropriate to their own situation and also how to involve their employees in the decision making process. Total Quality Leadership Skills is intended to give participants the vital ability and talent to enhance communication and break down the barriers which make effective communication difficult or improbable. Participants learn specific skills which help them to identify these barriers and build an inventory of awareness tools such as responsive listening (or listening with the intent to understand rather than reply), empathy, restatement and checking skills. Participants come away fired with a new set of habits that leave no room for the possibility of failure. Truly effective leadership means creating a winning environment out of every situation.

The standard tuition fee for each course is $425.00 per person, per day.

Corporate Team Rates

Advance bookings of two or more participants from the same company qualify for the corporate team rate of $350. per person, per day.
