Goal Getting versus Goal Setting - “The Map to Success”

Without a destination, the journey can have no worthy direction. Setting goals is one of the most important aspects of business, yet on average more than eighty percent of managers and employees fail to set any. Still, more than another five to ten percent of the remaining twenty that do, fail to set them properly.

Participants of the “Map to Success” Goal Getting versus Goal Setting” seminar will learn not only why it is important to set goals for themselves and those they lead, how to do it most effectively but “what you have to become to achieve these Goals”. Tools provided in the seminar and workshop help participants to break down goals into manageable components for each role in their lives and business, and guide them with respect to importance, priority and time frames.

Upon leaving the seminar, each participant will have a thorough knowledge of the Goal Setting process, and will be required to produce a set of detailed goals in the three days following the seminar. Participants are then asked to forward their outline to the facilitator (in strict confidence of course) so that progress can be reviewed over several months time with each participant. Those having difficulty with the process will be invited back for a free half day workshop to work on what challenges them the most.

Individual Rates

The standard tuition fee for each course is $425.00 per person, per day.

Corporate Team Rates

Advance bookings of two or more participants from the same company qualify for the corporate team rate of $350. per person, per day.
