The focus of the “Managing in a Changing Environment” seminar is to help Managers develop incites on how to use change as an opportunity for increased productivity and self-improvement. The workshop walks participants through steps that are designed to reduce the stress and anxiety typically associated with change. Participants learn to use methods for uncovering concealed opportunities and turn them into positive returns.

“Introduction to Management Paradigms” is designed to compliment the Change in the Workplace seminar. Once managers are able to effectively identify the underlying positive opportunities that accompany change, we can begin to identify roles in business and personal lives which may require change themselves. The concept of Paradigms is introduced to participants and demonstrated through role playing and exercises which highlight these mental maps within each of us. Participants are then asked to evaluate each of their paradigms with respect to roles in both their business and personal lives in order to determine areas in need of change.

Individual Rates

The standard tuition fee for each course is $425.00 per person, per day.

Corporate Team Rates

Advance bookings of two or more participants from the same company qualify for the corporate team rate of $350. per person, per day.
