Dr. Omar Benidir is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Executive 2000 Institute. An exceptional visionary with a thirst for knowledge, Dr.. Benidir first came to Canada on Scholarship after achieving First Degree Certification in Advanced Maths, Physics and Chemistry at the Faculty of “Exact Sciences” at the University of Algiers. Focusing primarily on production management, he subsequently earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Quebec’s Laval University in Administrative Sciences and Engineering followed by a Engineering Doctorate in Operations Management. Dr. Benidir’s continual quest for knowledge, his multi-cultural awareness and his ability to communicate clearly in many languages have made him one of the most Influential facilitators and Motivational Keynote Speaker of our time. Additionally, devoted to Never-Ending Impromenent Processes, Character-Leadership Building and Higher Education, Mr. Benidir is most recently the co-author of two best selling books :1. The Inner Global Village, a book that will be one of the most important works in developing tomorrow’s Leaders by infusing children with Leadership Character,2. MMI Made Easy ,the first ever written manuscript to assist Graduate Students in Sciences to acquire the vital skills and inner attributes ( Critical Thinking, Oratory and Ethics) that enable them to ace their medical interview process (MMI or panel/group Interview). “MMI Made Easy” is The One –Stop- Source for all Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) Needs.

While still pursuing his degrees, Mr. Benidir joined Dylex Ltd., Canada’s largest Retail Organization in the 1970s and 1980s. He achieved great success in sales and management for two divisions before moving to Ontario to eventually lead Dylex’s Corporate Human Resources team for six years. Mr. Benidir not only designed and implemented many of Dylex’s first formal training and productivity programs, but also established a Training Centre and a Resource Library for Executives,Management and staff consisting of over 15,000 people nationwide.

Driven to expand his knowledge in Operation management, Dr. Benidir then joined a manufacturing company as C.OO / General Manager. His contributions to the organization, fueled primarily through his expertise in bringing the best out of people, increased business by over 300% in that first year. Dr. Benidir implemented Talent Development plans, Profit Sharing and the second ever Quality Circle Program in Canada. From a single plant in Mississauga, Ontario, Dr. Benidir was instrumental in the growth and addition of several more manufacturing plants across Ontario and Quebec. Today, Dr. Benidir is still an integral part of this company and they remain a valued client.

Dr. Benidir launched his own firm in 1989. His mission was to provide Global Human Solutions, Intellectual Human Capital Outsourcing Services as well as Global MMI Preparation/Coaching / other specialized programs in Higher Education , Leadership and Talent Development and Executive Search services to Organizations with limited or strained resources in these areas.

Since that time, Mr. Benidir has attracted prominent clients from all over the World: Alhokair Group in the Gulf Region, IKEA (Sweden), TJX Companies (Home sense ,Winners Merchants,etc…).

His outstanding success with people (Executives,Employees,Graduates ,Students,etc) and their productivity has won him the loyalty and devotion not only of his clients , but also his social network and teams he helped develop.

Dr. Benidir has been instrumental in creating positive change in many Organizations through their most valuable resource… People. He has precipitated the redefinition of Company culture as one of open communication, pride of workmanship, accountability and ownership through the successful implementation of quality circle programs, clearer job roles and a progressive performance appraisal and employee development systems. Dr. Tarik Benidir completed a Bachelor of Sciences degree at McGill University in Anatomy and Cell Biology. He then pursued a Master of Sciences at McGill University in Experimental Surgery. His research topic was in better understanding how prostate cancer progressed to an advanced stage. Thereafter, Dr.Benidir pursued his medical training at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. In 2016, he was accepted into Urology residency program at the University of Toronto.

Dr. T. Benidir continues to demonstrate interests in research, publishing several papers in peer reviewed journals in the fields of Urologic Oncology. He is also working on recent projects in infertility and microsurgery alongside infertility/andrology specialists in Toronto.

As a medical student, Dr.T. Benidir assisted in judging MMI’s at Queen’s School of medicine. As a resident in Urology, he has helped formulate practice questions for MMI ME, ensuring that the relevant facets known to be examined during interviews are explored in this book. As an active physician, his contribution is both up to date and reflective of current topics and dilemmas in medicine and medical ethics.

Beyond academics, Tarik has found strong devotion in sports, where he has excelled in hockey since the age of four. While in McGill University, Dr.T. Benidir was an executive member of two charities and has organized numerous awareness and fundraising campaigns in Montreal. Combining his youthful energy with his uniquely strong moral values, Tarik has devoted a significant portion of his time as co-author in the remarkable “Inner Global Village”, an inspirational novel to assist children to nurture their Character -leadership skills.
